You may cancel any service or product request within 7 days of purchase or booking, provided the service has not been completed or delivered.
Cancellations made after the 7-day period may incur a processing fee, or the cancellation may not be eligible for a refund
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@ziaat.com with your transaction or booking ID. Requests via phone or live chat may not be considered valid unless followed by written confirmation.
For cancellation of custom or personalized services, you may be required to pay a cancellation fee to cover the costs already incurred by us.
Refunds will be processed for eligible cancellations only if no work has been performed or the product has not been delivered.
If your service has been partially or fully rendered, or a product has been delivered or downloaded, refunds may not be issued.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
Certain services, including custom-built products, consulting, or installation services, are non-refundable after work has commenced or services have been rendered.
Any digital products once downloaded or used cannot be refunded.
For appointment-based services, failure to cancel within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time may result in a no-show fee or the full charge for the service.
No refund will be issued for missed appointments without prior notice.
